How do I set-up a wholesale account?

Creating an account with us is simple. Click on this link or go to CREATE AN ACCOUNT, fill out an application and expect an email from our representative after reviewing and accepting your request to create an account.

How do I place an order?

We take orders through our website after your account has been created, fax, email, or you can set up an appointment to visit our facility.

What is your return policy?

All returns must be pre-approved and be accompanied by a return authorization number. All claims must be made within 10 business days of shipment including defective goods or shipping issues. Unauthorized returns will be refused and sent back to the customer. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for cancelled orders. RA’s will be cancelled if not returned in 15 business days. Any goods printed, relabeled, washed or not in the original condition will not be accepted. It is the responsibility of the buyer to verify accuracy of style, color, size and quantity prior to embellishment.
